Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and reasonable access to equipment.
Kingsford HVAC LLC reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather, emergencies, safety concerns, material shortages, or circumstances outside our control.
Payment is due according to the terms listed on the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may result in:
Service charges
Collection efforts
Suspension of future services
Work performed by Kingsford HVAC LLC will comply with applicable:
Utah State Construction Codes
Local building regulations
Manufacturer installation requirements
Permits and inspections may be required depending on project scope and local jurisdiction requirements.
Manufacturer warranties are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
Workmanship warranties, when offered, will be stated in writing.
Warranty coverage does not apply to:
Abuse or misuse
Lack of maintenance
Unauthorized modifications
Acts of nature
Conditions beyond our control
Kingsford HVAC LLC utilizes AI-assisted systems, including Larry, the HVAC Guy, to assist with scheduling, answering general questions, and collecting customer information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kingsford HVAC LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Any liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
Customers acknowledge that Utah law provides contractors and suppliers with lien rights for unpaid labor, services, materials, and equipment furnished for property improvements.
Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of disputes before pursuing legal action.
